respond. Therefore we have compiled a list of the most frequently

1. Is the item new in
the box?
Yes! All items we sell at 1st Class Firearms are brand new in the
box with full manufacturers warrantee unless otherwise stated in the
description. Any used or surplus items are "AS IS" unless
specifically stated otherwise in writing.
2. How much is shipping to my zip code?
We charge actual shipping rate on all auctions. The shipping and
handling fees are based on the address of the FFL you have chosen.

3. How can I pay with a credit card?
You can call us and we will charge your purchase on any major credit
card, plus shipping and handling. There is NO fee for credit cards on auction purchases. There is
no fee for using your credit card in our store or for BUY IT NOW
auction purchases (unless consignment owner specifies cash only).

4. How long will it take to get my item?
Items usually ship out within one to three days after receiving your
payment and/or FFL. You will be sent a tracking number or delivery
confirmation number when your item ships.
5. How can I pay you with Pay Pal?
Just log into Pay Pal at
www.paypal.com, and send your payment (for non-firearms
purchases only) to sales@1stclassfirearms.com.
6. Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we do
offer express shipping. We fill orders based
on when payment is received. Items usually ship out within one to
three business days of receiving your payment and/or FFL. Please let
us know if you would like express shipping.

7. Can my dealer FAX you an FFL?
Yes. ATF regulations allow faxed FFL's. Emailed FFL copy
is also acceptable. We require that we have a
readable FFL on file, if the fax is not readable we will require a
signed copy be mailed to us. Please, have your dealer reference you
on the fax and include their phone number.
8. Do I have to send an FFL for each firearm I
purchase?
No. Once we have one valid FFL on file, we can ship any number of
firearms to that dealer. If you have already sent an FFL, please
let us know and provide the dealer's information when you purchase
your next firearm.
9. Are you an FFL and will you send my dealer a
copy of your license?
Yes we are a FFL and we will send a signed FFL with each firearm
shipment.
10. Where are you located and do you have retail
store or do you just sell online?
We are located in beautiful down town Zion, IL. We do have a brick
and mortar store and sell online also.

11. Do you take trades?
Yes, we do take trades. Our policy is we will make you a preliminary
offer based on your description of your gun. Then you ship us your
gun, we inspect and make you a final offer. Once we agree on a trade
value and everything is squared up, we will ship you your new gun.
If no agreement can be reached because of misrepresentation on your
part, you must pay the return shipping on your gun.
12. Do you have a lay-away plan?
No, in order to keep our prices
down,
we no longer offer layaway plans for shipped items.

16. Please
explain the Sig Sauer Certified Pre-Owned Certification program.
What
is Sig Sauer Five-Point Factory Certification? Each Factory
Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER is field stripped, refitted with
original factory parts where needed, cleaned and lubricated,
function tested and hand-inspected by a certified Sig Sauer armorer. Does the Factory
Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER come with a warranty? Yes. Each
Factory Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER comes with a one-year warranty
from Sig Sauer. Do all used SIG SAUER pistols come with a warranty?
Only the Factory Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER pistols carry a
one-year warranty backed by Sig Sauer. Make sure the pistol you
purchase is a Factory Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER. How will my
Factory Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER be packaged? Each pistol is
repackaged in a Sig Sauer lockable pistol case. It is tagged with our
“STOP” tag and wrapped in plastic for protection. Included in the
case will be an owner’s manual stamped “PRE-OWNED” in red, a cable
lock, and a second magazine. How do I know I’m getting a Factory
Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER? Our Factory Certified Pre-Owned
pistols now ship with a blue grip band identifying it as a Certified
Pre-Owned SIG SAUER. Some pistols have already shipped without these
grip bands so look in the pistol box for the owner’s manual. If it
is stamped “PRE-OWNED” in red and comes with the blue Sig Sauer cable
lock then you know it is one of ours. You will also find our
standard “STOP” tag instructing the owner to read the owner’s
manual. This “STOP” tag will also be stamped “PRE-OWNED” in red on
the back of the tag. Are high-capacity magazines included? Each
Factory Certified Pre-Owned SIG SAUER pistol comes with 2 standard
capacity magazines. What is the condition of a Certified Pre-Owned
SIG SAUER ? The condition of a Pre-Owned SIG SAUER pistol will vary
depending on the amount of wear, such as that caused by a holster or
rings, and that condition will be reflected in the retail price.
Pistols that have shown excessive wear on the slide when received at
the factory will often have the slide refinished in our rock hard Nitron® finish. Are the frames refinished? The alloy frames of a SIG
SAUER pistol are hard anodized for durability and performance.
Though a pistol frame may show minor “dings” or ring wear, the frame
is not refinished as part of our Factory Certification process. Does
Sig Sauer replace worn internal parts? Absolutely. When going
through the Five-Point Factory Certification process, the Sig Sauer armorer
looks for worn parts. When worn parts are discovered they are
replaced with original factory SIG SAUER parts.
18. What is your return policy?
YOU HAVE A
3 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD BEGINNING AT THE TIME THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE
ARRIVES EITHER AT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, OR IN THE CASE OF A MODERN
OR CURIO / RELIC FIREARM, AT YOUR FFL DEALER'S MAILING ADDRESS.
During this period the firearm is not to be fired or disassembled.
If your merchandise was not damaged during transit, and you wish to
return it, please contact me and briefly explain the problem. A
return authorization will be required for all merchandise returned
to receive any credit. If you choose to return the item, it MUST be
received by 1st Class Firearms in the EXACT and SAME condition as
you received it (i.e. no open packaging will be accepted for
credit). We will ONLY refund the purchase price of the item, LESS A
10% RESTOCKING FEE. All used items are AS IS. All brand new items
are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will be happy to help
you if you have a problem with a manufacturer honoring their
warranty.
ANY AND ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
19. What is your consignment policy?
We accept items for consignment under the following fees
policy:
15% of sale cost - minimum of $50.00
3% seller fee if sold via credit card (may specify buyer
pays this fee or cash only)
Gunbroker ad placement fee $10.00 (optional service)
3% Gunbroker sales fee (assessed by GB if sold online)
$5.00 processing fee if item pickup by seller unsold
